I thought enough noise
Will drown the worries
And the overwhelms
But the better anchor
Is, in fact, silence
For to listen is power
You need not run nor jump
Just breathe then respond
And care to still hope
Have courage to still feel
And face what’s here.

Hello, Butterflies
I don’t know
If what’s in my stomach
Is purely butterflies
Or something else
The caffeine
Or the adrenaline
But amidst the anxieties
I find solace in the fact
That I showed up
And will continue to.
There is peace
In movement, in action
Even in chaos
Of thoughts, emotions
It’s never without hope
I’m never without hope.(c) Artherese, 2024

Float
It might seem
Fleeting, too fast
Can I at least bask
revel in the beauty
of each moment’s passed
Or can I rebel
And leave my bubble
And try to live
In acceptance
That each second’s
gone in an instant
All the more it glimmers
All the more it shines
Like magic, before my eyes.(c) 2024, Artherese
